Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use, for what purpose, and how you can control your preferences, in line with the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser on your device. They allow the site to remember information between pages and visits. We also use equivalent technologies such as browser local storage.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These are essential for the site to work and cannot be disabled from the consent banner.

  • Keeping the sign-in session for dealers and internal staff.
  • Protection against abuse and automated requests.
  • Remembering your cookie choice.
  • A technical session identifier set by the hosting platform for page delivery, security and technical service-availability measurement. It is not used for advertising profiling and is not shared with ad networks.

3. Preference cookies

These remember your choices and improve browsing. They are only enabled with your consent.

If you do not consent, the language and theme switches still work, but your choice is kept only for the current browser tab and is not stored on your device.

  • The selected site language (Romanian or English).
  • The display theme (light or dark).

4. Analytics cookies

These may be used to understand, in aggregated form, which pages are visited and how the site is used, in order to improve it. They are only enabled with your consent and are never used for advertising profiling.

Separately, the platform hosting this site records technical traffic data (page requested, browser type, approximate region derived from the IP address) for service operation, security and stability. This data is not used for marketing and is not sold.

5. Marketing cookies

We currently use no behavioural advertising cookies and share no data with ad networks. Should this change, we will update this policy and ask for new consent.

6. Third-party embedded content

The contact page can display an embedded Google Maps frame. The map does not load automatically: it only appears after you press the "Show the Google map" button. Only then may Google set its own cookies, in line with its privacy policy.

7. Managing your preferences

  • You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all have privacy sections).
  • Blocking strictly necessary cookies may make signing in to the portal impossible.

8. Storage duration

Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Language, theme and consent preferences are kept for up to 12 months, or until you delete them manually.
