Terms and Conditions

1. Operator identification

Logistic Center Group SRL, VAT/registration number RO16833198, with its registered office at 285A Giurgiului Road, Jilava, Ilfov county, 077120, Romania (hereinafter “LCG”, “we”), is the controller of the personal data processing described below.

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents new, used and ex-leasing vehicles available from LCG's own stock, provides an indicative leasing simulator and allows commercial enquiries to be submitted. The site is not an online shop: no sales contracts are concluded and no payments are made through it.

3. Vehicle listings and prices

• Vehicle information (year, mileage, equipment, photos) is provided in good faith based on supplier documents, but may contain errors or omissions.
• Displayed prices are in euro and may change without prior notice until an offer is confirmed in writing.
• The VAT regime (standard taxation or the profit margin scheme, Art. 312 of the Romanian Fiscal Code) is stated on each individual offer.
• Listing a vehicle does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to request one.

4. Enquiries, offers and reservations

• Enquiries submitted by form or phone are processed in the order received, during business hours.
• An offer becomes binding only once LCG issues a proforma invoice, valid for the period stated in that document.
• A vehicle reservation (temporary or firm) is confirmed in writing by the LCG team and may require an advance payment.
• Availability is dynamic: a vehicle may be sold between your enquiry and our confirmation.

5. Dealer partner portal

• Access is reserved for companies approved in advance by LCG following a verified application.
• Partner prices, availability and documents downloaded from the portal are confidential commercial information and may not be published or passed on to competing third parties.
• The account holder is responsible for keeping the password confidential and for all actions performed from the account.
• LCG may suspend or close an account in case of abusive use, incorrect data or breach of these terms.
• Neutral vehicle sheets, without LCG details, may be used by partners with their end customers, provided the information remains accurate.

6. Leasing simulator

The leasing calculator is strictly informative. The resulting figures are estimates and do not constitute a financing offer. Final conditions are set exclusively by the chosen leasing company or credit institution.

7. User obligations

• Provide true, complete and up-to-date information in the website forms.
• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, automated data harvesting (scraping), unauthorised security testing or service overload.
• Do not submit unlawful or offensive content, or content infringing third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

The name, logo, texts, photographs, structure and code of the website belong to LCG or its partners and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without LCG's written consent is prohibited. Vehicle photographs may be used by partner dealers only to promote units purchased from LCG.

9. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. LCG is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to access, the website. Liability for delivered vehicles is as set out in the sales contract and applicable warranty legislation.

10. Data protection and cookies

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and cookie use in the Cookie Policy, both of which form an integral part of these terms.

11. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably where possible; otherwise by the competent courts at LCG's registered office. Consumers may also contact the Romanian consumer authority ANPC (anpc.ro) or an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body listed in the ANPC register. The European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) was shut down by the European Commission on 20 July 2025 and can no longer be used.

12. Changes to the terms

LCG may update these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the moment of use; the latest revision date is shown above.
